The Ballroom is where all of the celebrations within Mavrilus von Magis's family takes place. Many of the most sophisticated men and women of state tend to the ballroom, often for celebratory events. During these events, there are guardsmen posted about the corridor.
At the opposing end of the Ballroom on the First Floor is an open corridor intended for those seeking to admire the arts and the beauty that comes with it. The Gallery houses some of Calderia's finest paintings and sculptures crafted by the most artistically brilliant kind of people in the world. It's a great way to show off the Magis's family's wealth, and where they've been throughout their long history.
Beyond the two main corridors of the First Floor lies the Throne Room in the far end of the Palace's interior. It would require unwelcome guests to tread through two very lengthy and vast hallways, giving its defenders a tactical position. There is also an exit that allows for easy escape. The Throne itself is distinguished as a tall, hefty chair overlooking the rest of the corridor with a glorious Sun at its head. It rests atop a rather steep staircase, and the chamber itself is constantly guarded, making it very secure.
